About Susan

Hello! My name is Susan Hinton, and I’m proud to be a lifelong Atlanta native. With over 40 years of experience in the Corporate World—including my recent retirement as Vice President of Telecommunications in August 2025—I am now dedicating myself full-time to my true passion: real estate.

 

I’ve held my real estate license for 20 years, helping clients find their dream homes and successfully sell their properties since 2005. My deep knowledge of the Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, and Atlanta markets, as well as over a decade of living in Big Canoe in North Georgia, gives me unique insight into both city living and the mountain lifestyle. On weekends, you’ll often find me in Buckhead, so I truly offer the best of both worlds.

 

Outside of real estate, I love to travel, stay active, and embrace every day to the fullest. Having lost both parents at a young age, I understand just how precious life is. I’ve been happily married for 11 years, and am blessed with a wonderful stepdaughter, a 10-year-old grandson, and an adorable Maltipoo who brings so much joy to our lives.

 

My approach to real estate is simple: no pressure, just genuine care for my clients. I believe in honesty, sincerity, and building relationships based on trust. For me, it’s always about people—not just the transaction.
